The Chauffeur Elite OS (CEOS) SMS program is operated by Chauffeur Elite OS LLC ("CEOS," "we," "us," or "our"). By providing your mobile number at the time of booking, or by otherwise opting in, you consent to receive recurring transactional and conversational text messages from us related to your chauffeured transportation. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message and data rates may apply. These charges are set by your wireless carrier and are your responsibility. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging and data plan.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and then stop sending text messages to your number. To rejoin the program, simply opt in again or reply START.
We respect your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be shared only with the service providers that help us deliver the messaging service, and only as needed for that purpose. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.
We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued participation in the program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
