This Privacy Policy describes how Chauffeur Elite OS collects, uses, and protects information when you use our platform.
We do not sell your data. We do not share your operational data with other operators.
Chauffeur Elite OS ("CEOS," "we," "us," or "our") is a proprietary SaaS head-end operating system for the luxury chauffeured transportation industry, developed and licensed by David Bazan. This Privacy Policy applies to all licensed operators ("Licensees") and their authorized users who access the CEOS platform.
CEOS is a multi-tenant platform. Each operator's data is maintained in strict isolation — no data is accessible across operator instances. Row-level security controls are enforced at the database layer.
When an operator licenses CEOS, we collect: business name, primary contact name, email address, phone number, billing information, and integration credentials (stored encrypted).
Data entered into the platform by operators and their staff, including:
When prospective clients interact with an operator's CEOS-powered booking funnel, we collect: name, mobile number, email address, trip details provided, vehicle preferences, and funnel interaction data (steps completed, time on each step). This data is associated with the operator instance — not with CEOS at the platform level.
We collect platform usage data including: API call volumes, AI token consumption per tenant, feature utilization, and system performance metrics. This data is used for billing, quota enforcement, and platform improvement.

We do not use operational data to train AI models. We do not use client or passenger data for any purpose beyond operating the platform for the licensed operator.
Data is retained as described in the table in Section 02. Upon termination of a license agreement, operator data is retained for 90 days to allow for export, then deleted. Immutable audit and sync logs may be retained for the full legal retention period regardless of license status.

While we implement industry-standard security measures, no system is completely immune to security risks. We encourage operators to use strong, unique credentials and to report any suspected security issues to dave@chauffeurelite.ai immediately.

We select third-party providers that meet appropriate data security standards. Integration data is transmitted only as necessary and is not used for any purpose beyond the stated integration function.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page and notify active licensees via email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
